Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to lease. Lease terms, pricing, and conditions are established solely through a signed lease agreement between you and Pivot Property Management.

Tour Scheduling

Our Site allows you to schedule property tours online. By scheduling a tour, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Arrive at the scheduled date and time, or notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Follow all community rules and safety guidelines during your visit

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours at our discretion, including for weather, maintenance, safety concerns, or staffing reasons. Tour scheduling does not guarantee unit availability or pricing.

Rental Applications

Rental applications submitted through our Site or through third-party platforms (such as Appfolio) are subject to our application requirements, which include but are not limited to credit checks, income verification, and background screening. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or unit availability. Application fees are non-refundable.

All application processing is handled through Appfolio, our property management platform. By submitting an application, you also agree to Appfolio's terms of service and privacy policy as applicable to the application process.

SMS and Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages through our Site, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your inquiry, tour, application, or lease. This may include:

• Tour confirmations and reminders
• Application status updates
• Leasing-related notifications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS consent is not a condition of leasing or any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

Intellectual Property
